1 Jar Nauti T’s Pumpkin Spice
1 & ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
2 tsp baking Powder
½ tsp salt
1.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
¾ cup Pumpkin Puree
1.5 cups Sugar
½ Vegetable oil
Powder sugar (optional)
Cream Cheese Filling:
Split cream cheese filling into 2 equal parts
Set aside ½ for filling the other 1/2 will be for topping
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
½ cup Sugar
1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 Tbsp Flour
Cream Cheese Topping:
Use the other ½ of the cream cheese filling
4 Tbsp Nauti T’s Pumpkin Spice
(At Room Temperature, or warm slightly in microwave for 5 to 10 seconds)
*Wisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice in a bowl.
*Blend together ingredients for the cream cheese filling until smooth.
*In a separate bowl, beat together pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
*Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
*Spray loaf pan lightly with non-stick spray.
*Mix in 2 Tbsp Nauti T’s Pumpkin Spice into batter.
*Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
*Add the cream cheese filling onto batter
(Without Nauti T’s Pumpkin Spice, save for cream cheese topping)
mixture into the pan, then top with the remaining batter.
* Layer other ½ of cream cheese filling, as your final layer.
*Spoon 1 Tbsp in each corner of Nauti T’s Pumpkin Spice.
*Using a knife, swirl Nauti T’s Pumpkin spice in a figure eight motion.
Bake for 60-70 minutes at 325F.
Take out of the oven and let cool before slicing. Sprinkle a little powder sugar for an added touch. Enjoy!
