Margarita Jalapeno Wings Recipe

Ingredients & Process

Chicken Wings – 20 each
Jalapeno Margarita Jelly – 1 Cup
Lime Sea Salt – 1 Tablespoon
Himalayan Salt – 2 Tablespoons
Ground Pepper – 2 Tablespoons 
Extra Light Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon


Grill wings 4 to 5 minutes per side

While wings grill, in a bowl, mix jelly with lime salt

Remove wings, turn grill to high heat, and while grill is heating up coat wings with mixture

Flash wings on grill and then re-coat prior to plating

Zest and slice lime - sprinkle lime zest over wings and place lime slice with each plate of wings
